Discovery Call
We start with a complimentary, no-pressure conversation. You share what you're seeing and what's worrying you; we help you understand whether an evaluation is the right next step, and which one.
Intake & History
Before testing day, we gather a thorough developmental, medical, and educational history, along with input from caregivers and, when helpful, teachers. The intake conversation can happen in person or by video, whichever is easier for you.
Evaluation Day
2–3+ hours of direct, hands-on assessment with the doctor (and many more hours of scoring and analysis behind the scenes), using gold-standard tools like the ADOS-2 plus the measures your child's questions call for. Testing is in person at our Mankato office. Warm, paced, and child-led.
Scoring & Integration
We score, analyze, and integrate every piece into a clear, plain-language report — not a stack of numbers, but a story that explains your child.
Feedback Session
You sit down with the doctor — in person or by video — to walk through the findings together, ask every question, and turn the report into a roadmap you actually understand. Your full written report is ready at this session, one to two weeks after testing.
Your Action Plan & Follow-Up
You leave with more than a report: a personalized action plan built on strengths, with a version for school or work when it applies. And the door stays open — Dr. Wolf is available for school meetings and additional parent meetings to help you navigate next steps, included in your fee.

Then, for the areas that need attention, concrete, actionable strategies — individualized to what we learned about your child, you, and your family. Not generic tips: the specific things to try, in the order that makes sense, plus how to choose the right support when you're ready.
