Transparent pricing, no surprises.
Flat-rate, all-inclusive fees, so you know exactly what your evaluation costs before you begin. We're out-of-network by choice — so no insurer decides how thorough your evaluation can be — and we provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement.
Whether you're seeking answers for your child or for yourself — and whatever the question, from autism or ADHD to learning, giftedness, or a twice-exceptional profile — the pricing is the same at any age. What determines the fee is simply how many diagnostic questions we're answering, not the type of evaluation.

Both evaluations are flat-rate and all-inclusive — the fee you see is the fee you pay — and every one ends with a personalized action plan built on your child's strengths (see what that means). Not sure which is right for you? We'll help you decide on your complimentary discovery call.
Here's an easy way to check your insurance benefits ↓
Financing available through CareCredit
Spread the cost of your evaluation over time, often with interest-free options. We also offer flexible payment plans, and you can put HSA or FSA funds toward the cost. We'll walk through every option on your complimentary discovery call. And if cost is the thing standing between your family and answers, please tell us — we'll do our best to help.
Apply through CareCredit →Not sure what your insurance will cover?
Because we're out-of-network, your plan may reimburse part of the cost after you submit a superbill. How much varies a great deal — it depends on your plan, your out-of-network deductible, and how much of it you've already met this year.
The fastest way to find out is to call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask these five questions:
- Do I have out-of-network benefits for psychological or neuropsychological testing (this is often a separate benefit from therapy)?
- What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much of it have I met this year?
- Once the deductible is met, what percentage of the cost do you reimburse?
- Is prior authorization required for psychological or neuropsychological testing?
- Are CPT codes 90791, 96130, 96131, 96136, and 96137 covered under my plan?
Whatever they tell you, we'll provide an itemized superbill with everything your insurer needs. You're also welcome to bring what you learn to your discovery call and we'll talk through it together.
A Good Faith Estimate, every time.
As an out-of-network practice, we provide a detailed superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement, and we offer CareCredit financing to help you spread the cost over time. Before any evaluation begins, you'll receive a written Good Faith Estimate of your expected costs, with no hidden fees, ever. A $500 deposit reserves your evaluation dates, with the remaining balance due on your evaluation day.

Let's make it clear.
