I'm an out-of-network provider. Many families receive insurance reimbursement - amounts vary by plan. I provide you with a detailed superbill that you can submit directly to your insurance for reimbursement - it's simpler than you might think!

How it works: You pay the evaluation fee upfront, I provide a complete superbill with all appropriate codes, and you submit it through your insurance company's online portal (usually takes 10-15 minutes). We're happy to walk you through the process!
